To manage on-campus Chinese-to-English translation requests, the Center has established a rigorous and meticulous workflow defined by its strict commitment to quality. We ensure high standards through the collaboration of reliable professional translators and rigorous quality control by our editors (foreign professors).

The standard turnaround time is approximately 7 to 12 days. Please contact us via email or phone for billing inquiries.

In accordance with the Center’s Regulations on Revenue and Expenditure Management, rates are as follows:

• Translation (Chinese to English): NT$1.6 per Chinese character.

• Editing/Proofreading: NT$0.6 per English word.

• Administrative Fee: An additional 5% is charged for academic units, or 10% for individual research/external units.
